How quotes and production work
Under $100: payment is made upfront. $100 or more: a 50% deposit starts the approved project. The remaining balance is due before the completed work is released.
Deposits become nonrefundable once production begins. Your timeline starts after written artwork approval, the required payment, and receipt of necessary files, measurements, vehicles, panels, or other project materials.
An email can serve as written approval when it clearly identifies the approved project. Review final spelling, dimensions, quantities, colors, appearance, and placement before approving.
Your Project Specifications record what’s included. Installation, delivery, removal, repairs, reinforcement, hardware, and preparation work are included when your individual quote says so.
Provide accurate wording, dimensions, quantities, and contact details, along with usable artwork when available. Tell us about deadlines, access restrictions, and installation requirements. For Vehicle Installation, deliver the vehicle clean, dry, and available at the scheduled time. Confirm customer-owned frames, panels, posts, and mounting surfaces are suitable for the approved work.
